CACIO & PEPE

Ingredients:

Black Pepper, Pecorino, Cacio di Roma, heavy cream, toasted black pepper, salt

Open the Stellina Cacio & Pepe jar and pour a generous amount into a sauté pan on medium heat until it begins to boil.

Simultaneously, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Once boiling, add pasta and cook for 3 minutes. Before draining pasta save 3/4 cup of the boiling salted water.

Add pasta and part of the reserved cooking water to the sauté pan with the Cacio & Pepe sauce and cook until pasta is " al dente" and evenly coated. If needed add more cooking water during this last step.

Serve hot with a sprinkle of pecorino cheese and as much fresh ground black pepper as you like.

BOLOGNESE

Ingredients

Ground beef, ground veal, onion, basil, tomato sauce, red wine, salt and pepper.

Open the Stellina Bolognese jar and pour a generous amount into the sauté pan on medium heat until it begins to boil. Once boiling add a touch of butter.

Simultaneously, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Once boiling add pasta and cook for 3 minutes. Before draining pasta save 3/4 cup of the boiling salted water.

Add pasta and part of the reserved cooking water to the sauté pan and add a pinch of parmesan cheese. Cook until pasta is "al dente" and evenly coated. Stir the pasta with the sauce and cheese until the cheese is completely melted. If needed add more cooking water during this last step. 

Serve hot with a sprinkle parmesan cheese and parsley.

Margherita Pizza

Ingredients

Basil, tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella, and olive oil

Preheat oven to 400 F (204 C)

Place pizza on a baking tray and position in a center of the oven. Bake for 15-17 minutes, until cheese is melted.

Let pizza stand for 2 minutes before cutting. Remove carefully from oven as pizza will be hot. If products is thawed reduce cooking time accordingly. 

Serve hot with a sprinkle parmesan cheese.

Place pizza on a baking tray and position in a center of the oven. Bake for 15-17 minutes, until cheese is melted.

Let pizza stand for 2 minutes before cutting. Remove carefully from oven as pizza will be hot. If products is thawed reduce cooking time accordingly. 

Serve hot with a sprinkle parmesan cheese.
